The lady that answered the phone laughed at my tax related question. Said it's not an appropriate question for a Sunday? She didn't have time to answer my question because "the answer to that is too long".??? Then why answer phones on Sunday. Super hilarious response. Its too bad bc her firm missed out on a big tech company being part of their portfolio of clients. Why answer the phone?? Let it go to voicemail lady! Don't @ me.
