A delicious cold soup that consists of shrimp, chopped cilantro, onions, avocado, lemon and orange juice. Served in a large flour tortilla with rice, beans, cheddar cheese, lettuce, tomato, and onions. Served with a side of guacamole and sour cream. Rolled with choice of chicken, steak or vegetables, finished with our own (heavy mole sauce) or special red sauce and topped with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and sour cream.
