Services
Swedish Massage
Ke Kino teaches a comprehensive Swedish massage technique combining effleurage, petrissage, and tapotement strokes. This foundational therapy enhances circulation, reduces muscle tension, and balances the nervous system through rhythmic, flowing movements. Students learn proper draping, body mechanics, and palpation skills while understanding physiological effects on multiple body systems.
Prenatal Massage
Specialized treatments address pregnancy-related discomforts through modified positioning and gentle strokes. This service targets back pain, swelling, and anxiety while promoting better sleep and circulation. Therapists complete 12-hour training covering trimester-specific considerations, safety protocols, and effective communication for expectant mothers.
Trigger Point Therapy
This 41-hour program trains practitioners to identify and release myofascial trigger points causing referred pain. Students master sustained compression techniques, ischemic release methods, and palpation skills. The curriculum covers trigger point formation mechanisms related to posture, repetitive strain, and muscular dysfunction for treating headaches, sciatica, and chronic pain.
Pelvic Floor Support
Specialized care for pre/postnatal clients and individuals with pelvic floor dysfunction. This service combines structural alignment with myofascial release to address diastasis recti, incontinence, and post-surgical recovery. Practitioners trained in this modality understand pelvic anatomy's complex relationships with surrounding musculature and organ systems.
Bridge Program
Post-graduate training that develops professional sustainability through advanced techniques like MET and craniosacral therapy. This program includes business coaching, board exam preparation, and personal growth development to reduce practitioner burnout while maintaining 100% exam pass rates over two years.

This is my first experience at Ke Kino. I was severely injured in a car accident in May of 2020. I was a little worried at first because I've had back surgery and chiropractic work done. Kristopher took very good care of me. He listened to my concerns, he was very careful, analytical and informational about the work he was performing. I like to know whats being done and why its being done. He helped get muscles working again that had gone dormant due to my accident. He walked me through what areas he was working on and how they are supposed to be working. He took his time and not once did I tense

If you had a c section, GO SEE JOHN AND MARTA. You dont have to understand everything hes doing, why it works, or how it helps - but trust me IT DOES. I went in because my son needed body work prior to a tongue and lip tie release, so John and Marta worked on both of us. I went in confident that my son needed the body work- but I was skeptical how much it could help me in just one session. I had been in pain for weeks. I left sore but with a lot less pain, and a few days later my pain went away around my incision. My mothers wrist improved SIGNIFICANTLY too, as well as my sleep (even though

I saw Marta last Friday. I'm nearly 9 months pregnant, and in pain like you wouldn't believe. Walking was incredibly difficult, I couldn't kick or lift my legs, my spine felt like a piece of rebar and I was having a lot of emotional setbacks with this pregnancy. Not only did she teach me breathing exercises to calm down and get baby girls' feet out of my lungs, she fixed my pelvis and pains that i didn't even know were there. For the past two days I've been bracing myself for pain while walking, climbing into bed, streching or rolling over, and there ISN'T ANY PAIN. I hadn't realized how limited

I cannot say enough good things about everyone at Ke Kino and all that it has done for me! I was referred to John James and Ke Kino by my primary care physician for myofascial release after having 10-16 tension/migraines a month for about a year and a half. Ive known for years that I carry my tension in my neck and shoulders, but it was catching up to me. After my first visit with John I immediately saw a decrease in headaches - I had no headaches in the month between my first and second visits! Over the last 6 months I have worked with John, Dana, and Ly who are all incredible and have helped
