Owners

Lease Fee: 50% of first month's rent. This is a one-time fee covering everything from the first day that we meet to the day we sign a lease with the tenants. All photos, marketing, showings, background checks and paperwork are included in this fee. We do NOT charge another lease fee when an existing tenant is renewing their lease.
Residents

If you have not yet created a tenant portal login, please contact us and we will email you a secure link. We have a 24/7 after hours call service for emergency repairs. Call our main number at (503) 617-6414. If you call after normal business hours you will be prompted to leave a voicemail and you will be contacted by the on-call technician.

Dave holds an advanced degree in Real Estate Investment from Portland State University and has been involved in the acquisition and sale of investment real estate since 2006. During this time he has represented individual investors, institutional clients, investment partnerships and family trusts. While his strength is multifamily properties, he has also represented buyers in dozens of single family home rentals.
