We used Lucid for a recent home purchase and it was a great experience. We saved a ton of money and Lucid was there to support us each step of the way. Its a great balance for people who are willing to do some of the house hunting themselves (we used their hourly pricing structure rather than paying full commission). I would definitely recommend this to anyone (especially if you are as frustrated by the real estate industry as I was - This is legitimately the next logical step in real estate and Lucid is leading the charge).

Lucid Realty's flexible fees/commission are the wave of the future in home buying and selling. We had an 5 star experience selling our home with Marco Mejia in the fall of 2021. He was data driven, helped us price appropriately, gave great advice during negotiations, and was wonderful to work with. We paid hourly and took the 2.5% commission as a rebate, and saved SO much money in the process. I would highly recommend and definitely use LR again.

If I could give less than a star I would but there was a realtor I think his name was a Michael. Tried to sell me bad houses a while ago and always delayed getting back to me. So not professional and so disrespectful that I wish I got a different agent.
