Our firm has expanded and moved into The Corwin House, located in the heart of downtown Riverhead. We are conveniently located across from the Supreme Court building, and only a few blocks from the County Clerk and Riverhead Family Court.

Order of Protection
Report
An Order of Protection can be issued by the Court to protect the Petitioner (person seeking the Order of Protection) from the Respondent (person who allegedly harmed or threatened to harm the Petitioner.) There are two different forums for getting an Order of Protection: Criminal Court and Family Court.
