We were there on last Friday for a emergency check up and after the exam and bloodwork we left with high hopes expecting no additional problems. The next morning we woke up to our dog passed away in his sleep. Not at any point of our visit Friday did we get the idea that the diagnosis that we were provided could cause him to pass away within… hours of our visit. We took the additional step to get the blood work done and spend the extra money to find out the answers on Friday while we were there and I feel like we were robbed of the best care for our family member. My fiancé and I cannot thank Good Hope enough for the care they showed us and our sweet girl, Alice. Unfortunately she was unable to be saved, but the staff did everything in their power to help her. The… compassion they showed us in her last moments will last forever. Good Hope genuinely cares for their patients and families. We wouldn’t imagine going anywhere else.
