Rick Alfandre, AIA, LEED AP BD+C, founded Alfandre Architecture in 2003 after 27 years of designing over 300 projects. He specializes in energy-efficient buildings and leads the firm's sustainability initiatives. Rick is a former chair of the US Green Building Council NY Upstate Chapter and holds certifications in sustainable design.
Ryan DeSalvatore
Senior Project Manager
Ryan DeSalvatore brings construction expertise and architectural design experience to Alfandre Architecture. He previously operated his own high-end residential firm and teaches architecture. Ryan holds degrees from Hudson Valley Community College and Virginia Tech, focusing on sustainable building practices and project management.
Vincent Sickles
Senior Project Manager
Vincent Sickles, a licensed architect in New York, specializes in sustainable design and project execution. With over a decade of experience, he manages projects from concept to completion, ensuring energy efficiency and design excellence. Vinny graduated from Philadelphia University in 2009 with a focus on green building technologies.

Alfrandre Architecture is quite simply: THE BEST! I first connected with Alfandre Architecture in behalf of the Board of Directors at the Rosendale Theatre Collective. At the time, the theatre was considering a renovation of our 100+ year old landmark theater. We interviewed 5 architects in the area and out of NYC. (BTW-Alfandre Architecture had designed the theatre facade a few years back and they did an excellent job. We were very happy with the work which is saying a lot as we have a diverse board with many different points of view.)

Christ the King Episcopal Church in Stone Ridge, NY has been working with Alfandre Architecture for over 3 years as we've worked to bring an extensive renovation project to fruition. They have helped us to refine our vision and after the pandemic hit, they organized a complete re-bidding of the work. Our project includes a state of the art professional kitchen that will qualify for Board of Health approval.Alfandre Architecture is knowledgable, easy to work with and interested in our success.
