I made an appointment for my dog to be groomed two weeks ago through this office because I've heard the groomer handles anxious dogs very well and my dog is anxious when it comes to grooming. I sent the vaccine paperwork and all was ok and a day before her grooming date, I'm told she will need the canine influenza vaccine before grooming. I'm 100% fine with the vaccine, but not the day of her grooming as she is already anxious to get groomed. On top of that, I'm not going to see if side effects she has are from the vaccine or grooming (vomiting, lethargic, not eating). To be

The staff is always friendly and their COVID protocols are easy. The main reason we are there is for Dr Candeletta, she's great but impressed by the overall staff. Recently we had to call in about our pup and Dr K kindly returned our call and gave us some instructions for the next 72 hours. It was refreshing to be able to get ahold of a vet in a moment of need. Thankful for this facility.

I had been bringing my cat and dog to Irvine Pet Complex for 6 years. However, after the new name and change in staff this place has become a huge money grab. Take your pets elsewhere

I recently moved into the area from LA and my neighbor recommended this vet office. I was so pleased when I went in today... It was not too busy, it was very clean and orderly. Each staff member was sweet but professional and Dr K was friendly and thorough explaining things to me clearly and in detail. Thank you! We will be back

I am so disappointed my puppies hair was completely butchered and the person who didn't was not there my poor baby look horrible do not take your puppy they say they can cut what they send your for examples and they can't even do it

Dr. K is the best and I love this place everyone treats you really well and Dr. K is amazing and only wants to do what's best for your pup and whatever other animal you might have. These bad reviews piss me off!!!! They are all awesome people there.
