I was born in Chicago and grew up in Evansville, Indiana. I graduated from Indiana University in 1973 and from Logan Chiropractic College in St Louis Missouri in 1981. I've been practicing Chiropractic in Steuben County my entire professional life, for a short time in Wayland NY and since 1984 in Hornell NY.
How much is the treatment if I don't have insurance? It's very affordable. Our first visit with the consultation and evaluation is $65 and succeeding visits are $40. More than half of our regular patients have no insurance. You may not control all the events that happen to you, but you can decide not to be reduced by them.
I love to cook, but I like simple recipes with ordinary ingredients that you can get at your local grocery. Fortunately I am very close to Wegman's super grocery store, and I get 99% of my stuff there. Easy Breakfast:1 half of an avocado, pitted 1 egg Salt and pepper, to taste Topping of choice (some suggestions: parmesan, chili flakes, balsamic, oregano, basil, bacon, etc.) Preheat oven to 375°F.

My experience has been great! Dr. Susan is very knowledgeable and helpful. She got my back and hips, and quality of life back! Even took care of the high hip that made me crooked, when others Drs. Said it want possible…. She is a very caring individual. Everyone in this office is also very kind and considerate! So glad I found this place and these wonderful people!

Dr. Cosgrove is helpful, informative and kind. She does great work and she is always eager to help- evenings/weekends whatever you need. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is she believes you need a chiropractor regularly, forever. She doesn't over do it. She usually asks you to come every 3-6months depending on your condition. However, if you believe in not going unless something is wrong- this is probably not the best fit for you. She will be kind and work with you either way, but will want you to come regularly.
