Shelby is recently graduated from The Mind Body Institute here in Nashville. Along with being an LMT, Shelby also received her Bachelor's degree in Education studying Kinesiology with a minor in Business from the University of Tennessee-Knoxville in 2019. She is strongly passionate about sports medicine which is why she uses her knowledge to help others improve their overall health and wellness.

If you've never experienced chiropractic care before, you may not know what to expect when you come to our Mt. Juliet chiropractic office for the first time. Filling out paperwork, learning new faces and names, and getting to know your way around the office can be an overwhelming experience.

When building a house, if you tried to put up your walls before you had a solid foundation, your walls would be weak and eventually collapse. If you tried to put on your roof before the walls were ready, you would run into the same problem.
Your First Visit

This paperwork provides us with your health history and information on your condition. Filling out the paperwork before your visit will allow us to review and be prepared for your appointment. Upon entering our office, our receptionist will welcome you as a member of our family. Then we will ask to see your license or photo ID for our records.
