Our office has been leasing printers from Terry at Austin Technology Group for years. I'm fairly fluent in the machines themselves but anytime I can't figure something out they are on the phone to troubleshoot with me or at our office the same day.
Network issues is where they really shine for me. That is not my area of expertise. Novian usually gets dispatched out to us and he's the best. He always figures out what's going on, explains it in a way that's understandable and is just a really nice guy.

Terry was an excellent instructor on telling me about the printer and the process of getting it in my shop.
Honestly I have never have a machine that fast in my shop. And for the price. I’m so happy
The two techs that came to installed the printer were like if they were the owners of the company the way they performed the installation and the explanation of the printer.
Overall I want to thank Terry for the fast response on getting me this printer.

Just had our new printer installed yesterday. Being a church, we don't have a lot of technical nor financial resources, but Terry has been more than willing to work with us. Installation was mostly painless ( any pain was due to my luddite tendencies) and the gentleman that set it up was super helpful and knowledgeable. Today, I called with a function question and they were able to help me immediately. Highly recommend.
