Matthew started working for David O'Neil Construction, LLC during summer breaks throughout high school and college. He was hired as a full time employee in 2008 after graduating from the Thompson School at the University of New Hampshire with a degree in Civil Technology & Construction Management. College is where he learned new techniques of the trade, which have become a huge asset to the companies flow, function & organization.

Janelle graduated from Plymouth State University in 2011 with a Bachelors degree in Childhood Studies. After college she worked as a Residential Mortgage Loan Processor. Her background in banking has been a huge asset to the company; whether it be understanding the importance of a customer having a proper septic inspection report or providing a great customer service experience-she's the right person for the job.
