We're open Monday-Thursday 8:00am-5:00pm, Friday 8:00am-4:00pm. Emergency after-hours care available through our answering service.
Do you accept my insurance?

What happens if I need to cancel an appointment?
Please provide at least 2 hours' notice for cancellations. Missed appointments without advance notice incur a $25 fee not billed to insurance.

I love this office and the doctors and nurse practitioners I have seen here. One of the things I greatly appreciate about North San Antonio Healthcare Associates is their extra care when matching insurers to referrals and lab work. When these things change so often, it is helpful to have another pair of eyes watching with me.

Love my Dr. and reviewed him seperate from here. But in regards to the way NSAH who manages their office leaves a lot of room for improvement. Lately there's a line that moves slow to check in. When calling the number and dialing an extension I'm put on hold forever, not sure if it works. When in person they treat you like a number. It's stresses me out cause I like my Doctor but not the office service so much. This situation gives me anxiety. Judging by their other reviews I'm not alone.

Office staffs are so unprofessional. If you need to get the referral, good luck dealing with that. They're totally waste your time and make you go over and over and pay multiple times just to get the referral.

I see Sarah C. Brown for my annual physical. She listens to my concerns and documents thoroughly. I'm in and out promptly. Staff isn't rude but they aren't friendly either. Definitely recommend Sarah Brown as my physician of choice.

I have been a patient here for 18 years and love everyone that I have dealt with. Dr. Sandercock is one of the rare doctors who actually sits down and talk with you before the exam. You never feel rushed or as if he is racing against the clock to cram in as many patients as possible. He is genuinely concerned with how your doing. He is medical assistant is equally wonderful. I have recommended him and this office to all of my friends.

Ive only visited this office once and did not have to deal with the billing department, so I cant speak to the previous negative reviews about that experience. But everyone I interacted with was very pleasant and efficient. Dr. Sandercock was booked until next month so I saw his PA Patricia de Loyal, and was fantastic. I thought for sure I had strep. She told me I actually had pollen allergies and a double ear infection, and she walked me through all of my symptoms explaining why she came to that conclusion, and she answered all of my (many) questions thoroughly.
