Great complex. Staff goes above and beyond to maintain a great facility and truly makes it feel like home. We've never had an issue that wasn't addressed promptly no matter how minor. I would highly recommend Bella Vista. Great location and great environment.

I love this community, I have lived here for 8 months and I have had no problems. From the moment I entered the front office Whitney and Serenity were both sweethearts and very welcoming and still to this day. My children and I have gone swimming several occasions. The only time I have seen the pool closed is during cleaning maintenance after tenants caused several disasters, and it was back open within a week or two. Maintenance has always responded to my requests or let me know that they received the request and will get to it as soon as possible. The community is ALWAYS clean and landscaping

Both agents are very rude every time I interact with them. I wish they would get rid of them and hire new nice and friendly people. Never submit request never helpful.

Love this apartment community. My children and I have lived here for almost 10 years and to be honest it hasnt always been pleasant. Ive seen office and maintenance staff come and go and thank goodness for that because we now have the sweetest and most hard working team.
Ive had many issues with my apartment throughout the years that were never tended to/repaired even after submitting multiple requests. Now if something needs to be repaired, its tended to quickly and efficiently. She expressed how sorry she was that my requests were completely ignored and made sure that I knew things
