
My name is Kurt Navarro and my passion is helping others. Throughout my life I have always tried to stay active because I believe that moving is so important for ones health. I have trained in jiu jitsu, bodybuilding and powerlifting and I first hand know the stress of what an injury can put you through both mentally and physically. My goal is to help you with the process of rehab and mitigate further injuries.

Report
We will go over what your goals are and from there we will start the recoup session with assessments, manual treatment and movement. After the initial assessment we will be able to get a better picture but a general guideline is for a minor case 3-5 sessions, major case 5-10 sessions and complex cases 10-15+ sessions.
