I found Eternity Funeral Home to be very compassionate and caring. Their services were performed in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend them. Price was not the deciding factor in my decision to use Eternity but their cost of services were a fraction of other local Funeral homes.

I have used eternity funeral home twice during the difficult time of the passing of my grandmother and my mother. In both cases they treated us with respect and compassion. They were able to meet all of our needs and I will be using them again in the future if the need arises. I'm not sure why others had such a horrible time here, but I can't agree with their reviews.

I would give this place zero stars but it's not allowed. This place lacks compassion and empathy and has zero customer service skills. Avoid them if at all possible. I am so glad we moved my father from their "care" and gave him the services he deserved. My husband was serving overseas on deployment when my father passed away. We were also stationed overseas. Because we were stationed overseas, the American Red Cross will pay to fly us stateside and then we are responsible to get home from there. The American Red Cross called eternity funeral home to get information needed to process
