Like many Bay Area businesses, Merch Monster started in a garage. I needed a change from my career in IT project management and decided to revisit my passion for making physical products. A few years prior I started an online t-shirt company, and worked with many screen printers. There were numerous challenges including non-existent customer service, lack of quality control and unpredictable delivery times.

Embroidery is thread and needle decoration typically applied to hats, jackets, dress shirts, work shirts and golf shirts. We offer both flat stitch embroidery and raised 3D puff embroidery typically found on baseball caps. DTG printing is a newer digital printing technology that excels at reproducing complex artwork with a high number of colors such as photographs, paintings and drawings without the setups required in screen printing. The Process

If you want to reprint a job previously done by another printer, we can reproduce it exactly IF you provide us with a physical copy of one of the items. If you no longer have a copy, we will do our best but we may not be able to match the print sizing or colors exactly. Photos are helpful, but we cannot reproduce an item exactly using photos.

When you start your project, Merch Monster can recommend thousands of shirts for you. Choosing a shirt to print on is the same as buying anything online. There's a myriad of options, each with their own unique quality and feel. After you submit a quote request, Merch Monster will work with you to determine the goals for your project and recommend a couple of options that will work best for your project.
