We feel that affordable, high quality, and comfortable oral health care should be available to everyone. WCDC delivers a full range of services including oral health education, cleanings, examinations, extractions, fillings, crowns, and other restorative care.

Access to oral health care has been a longstanding problem in our central Maine community. The ability to get quality regular oral health care is critical to maintain pain free teeth and a healthy smile. It is also a crucial factor in maintaining overall health. Poor oral health is associated with chronic medical problems including diabetes, heart disease, cancer, stroke, and pregnancy complications.

The mission of the Waterville Community Dental Center is to improve access to quality oral health care for low income, uninsured, underinsured and Medicaid-eligible residents of central Maine. Access to affordable oral health care is a critical resource in maintaining the health of our community.

WCDC delivers a full range of oral health services including education, cleanings, oral examinations, extractions, fillings, crowns and other restorative care.

Waterville Community Dental Center is a non-profit organization that provides "Safety Net" dental services that may otherwise be unavailable or unaffordable to members of the central Maine community. Since 2000 WCDC has provided oral health care to more than 14,000 Maine residents including on site services to children in 11 Head Start centers.
