ABSOLUTE CONS WHO DON'T CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENTS. beware ultrasounds take months to get returned and multiple visits just to charge your insurance.

Front office is being run by highly unprofessional group of staffs . Messing up appointment is their hobby and they blame me on missing the appointments after cancelling them . Because the doctor we are seeing is great so I’m gonna have to continue here but if you can ,please avoid this location.

To preface, it took some time for me to collect my thoughts before writing this review. It is long, but well worth the read. I wanted to make sure this was not filled with hasty comments or accusations. I started coming to CWC 2 years ago when I became pregnant. I had a MC, but decided to continue coming here for my well women's exams/problems because I wanted to establish myself with a good OBGYN. I'd like to start by saying I have never had issues with office staff, billing, the making of my appointments, and/or communication (but everyone has a different experience) - One year ago I started

I have nothing but good words about this place. All of the staff is extremly friendly and helpful about all and any concerns. I've been going here for the last 6 years and even though they've moved their location, I will still come back here for all of my needs. Dr Bartell has been wonderful on helping me with my issues and helpful on answering all the questions I've had.
I would recommend this place to all women who need an obgyn.

Kristen is an amazing receptionist and goes above and beyond to provide excellent service! She was very kind and compassionate in helping with my issue, and resolved it quickly... Thank you! Dr. Montes is patient, compassionate, proficient, and thorough when seeking out the proper care for her patients. I've never been heard the way she has heard me, she is perfectly suited for the profession she's chosen!

Dr. Pelopida delivered my son 10 years ago and my daughter 3 years ago. I am VERY picky about my doctors. I actually changed doctors when I was pregnant with my son and went with Dr. Pelopida after a lot of research. She is the kind of doctor who genuinely cares about her patients and really gets to know them. I am the kind of person who comes to every appointment with a list of questions and Dr. Pelopida has always taken the time to answer every one of my questions in detail. Dr.Bartell was wonderful during the birth of my first child after having to switch at 36weeks during the COVID 19 pandemic. I wish I could say the same about her office staff. They were incredibly rude and made assumptions about me and my financial situation simply due to my marketplace insurance. They wouldn’t schedule me with my doctor even after offering to do cash pay, after pushing and pushing they finally agreed to schedule me with the NP. They believed that they were out of network although my insurance company has them stated as in network. They also told me that they couldn’t deliver

Dr. Erica Montes is amazing. She is caring and compassionate and takes the time to listen to her patients. I highly recommend Cornerstone to anyone looking for professional, quality care with doctors who put their patients first!

I've been here since Dr. Holeman was there and have loved the service. Dr. Montes has been my OB for my two pregnancies now (Dr. Holeman no longer did births and has since moved offices) and I couldn't be happier.
Yes, there are times where I end up seeing the doctor late past my appointment time, but it's more because the doctor is delayed as they have patients to see, calls to manage, and sometimes sudden births they are just coming back from.
Overall they are great and very caring.

If you’re running a couple of minutes behind, don’t even bother going to the appointment, they take the next patient even if you arrive 5 minutes late, even though they have their policies framed on their wall which clearly states “if you are MORE than 10 minutes late, your appointment might be rescheduled.” How are you going to have policies on your wall that you, as the office, don’t even follow? When asked why they took the next patient early, they didn’t have an answer for me. I had already taken medications for my procedure and taken the day off. Unbelievable. Sorry doesn’t cut
