Dr. Ahn believes that foot pain is nearly always treatable with specific adjustment techniques and targeted exercises. Dr. Ahn may adjust manually and/or apply Cox Flexion/Distraction Technique depending on your individual case.

We have a variety of techniques to apply for relieving your pain. After your examination, we may manually adjust you in combination with drop-table and/or apply non-instrumented manual therapy and special "blueprint" exercises. Each case is different so your specific therapy will be unique.

Depending on your specific case, Dr. Ahn may use a variety of techniques including manual adjustments, activator, traction, and or flexion. He has the unique capability to adjust the C-0 vertebrae, unlike most available chiropractors. You will also be treated with non-instrumented manual therapy and specific exercises.

You will also receive receive 8-15 min. of Non-Instrumented Manual Therapy coupled with special exercises to help strengthen your specific area of concern.
