It is a passive stretching and gentle pressure along the body's energy lines to increase flexibility, relieve muscle and joint tension and balance the body's energy system. You will be provided Thai massage pants, and massage oil will be used only on your back.

If you are pregnant or have any health concerns, please consult your health care provider before massage.
