DGVE Law
DGVE law cares deeply about the health of all our clients and team members and all of our extended family members, neighbors, and friends. We are also in the business of providing peace of mind and serving as a source of comfort and order in the event of a tragedy. We want to share our plan with you.

DGVE law is a boutique Wills, Trusts, Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust and Estate Administration law firm founded by top-rated Massachusetts Attorney Danielle G. Van Ess in Hingham in 2008. We help our clients leave a legacy, rather than a paper mess or infighting, by planning ahead, and we guide surviving loved ones, with compassion and empathy, through the difficult process of wrapping up final affairs after death.

Who We Are
Report
Attorney Danielle G. Van Ess founded DGVE law out of her home in Hingham in September of 2008 with a vision for a new kind of law firm based on a philosophy of compassionately providing high quality, holistic legal services in a friendly and relaxed manner, in a comfortable setting, and in an environmentally conscientious way.
Note From Danielle
Report
If you're here because it's time to do or update your will, trust, and estate plan, then you've come to the right place. We empathize with how hard it is to think about these things and how painful it can feel when you disagree about some of the details. We understand why you choose to rest, relax, and postpone addressing these critically important issues.
Wills, Trusts, & Estate Planning

Everyone has "an estate, " that just means everything you have no matter how little or how much. Estate planning is not just for ultra high net worth individuals. Every adult needs at least a basic estate plan. We work with our clients' other trusted, professional advisors including their financial advisors, wealth managers, and accountants for a coordinated, team approach to looking out for our clients' best interests.
