The receptionist is available M-F from 9-5. If you need to return paperwork in person after hours, please call Terri at (910) 423-6200 to make arrangements to do so. We require new patient forms to be completed and returned to the office 3 business days before your appointment so your therapist can review your information and be prepared to address all your concerns on the first visit.
