Dr. Paige Phillips Warren grew up in Providence, Ky. and attended Webster County High School. She went to college at the University of Louisville in 1988 and earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Humanities. In 1992, she entered the University of Louisville School of Dentistry and upon graduation in 1996, returned to her hometown to practice.

She enjoys spending all of her time with her husband and children. She is very active in church and enjoys golfing, cooking, fishing, riding horses, UK basketball and singing.
