A Jamestown native, Dr. Mitchener received his Doctor of Dental Surgery Degree from the State Univeristy of New York at Buffalo School of Dental Medicine, after which he completed his General Practice Residency at Erie County Medical Center (ECMC). Following his residency, Dr. Mitchener worked briefly as an associate before starting his own dental practice, which is now Southern Tier Family Dentistry, PC.

Glad you asked. The Dental Wellness Program is a monthly subscription that covers the cost of your yearly preventive dental care. You can choose from three different tiers, depending on your needs. If your insurance doesn't cover dental care, the Dental Wellness Program is the most cost-effective way to budget for regular cleanings, exams and x-rays.
