Our practice is limited to Elder Law. We concentrate on estate planning, trust administration, probate, conservatorship and guardianship, and long-term care (Medicaid) planning. Much of our practice is devoted to special needs trust planning and administration. We have been practicing in Tucson, Arizona, since 1984, when Tom Curti and Robert Fleming became partners.

The information you provide us is encrypted in the questionnaire, and transmitted to us securely. You can start the process, save your work and come back to add more information as you collect the details.
Office Fees
Report
New clients pay an initial flat fee of $400 for most consultations. During our initial consultation, we will discuss the fee for any continuing representation. We usually charge hourly fees. Each staff member involved in a given matter keeps track of his or her time, and bills at a predetermined rate.
