Marcobay Construction has recently completed construction on the 440,000-square-foot expansion at the Southern Wine & Spirits Distribution Center in Lakeland, Florida. Not only does this warehouse structure encompass over 1.25 million square feet of combined asphalt and concrete paving, but it currently stands as the tallest warehouse structure in Polk County, at over 57 feet in clear height.
