Everyone ive encountered in the front office has been horribly rude, living here is good not bad at all but any time i need to visit the front desk they are so rude

Maintenance has gotten better they actually come and fix things in a timely manner now but theres still the issue of very impolite people working up front.

They were testing paint colors on building 13 without warning and completely ruined our christmas lights. painted all over them. and the front desk has is full of very mean people that should not have jobs.

Stay far away from this place. Nothing gets done. Office just ignores issues brought up. For the price of the rent youd assume you would get some type of respect.good neighbors. Horrible management.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have had numerous issues with this complex but this last time really did it for me. Called them about my toilet water continuously running, being very high and the pressure being super high as well. Told them that whenever I did try to shut the valve off so the water wasnt running all night water sprayed everywhere. Got told it was fixed but whenever I came home the toilet was still running, called them and reached the answering service who told me that they said they had been trying to call me all day (did not receive a single call) due to my apartment being
