I hired Daniel Singer to handle a building Code issue, with the City of New York. During the course of my time with Mr. Singer, I paid him north of 7500. He was not able to handle this issue for me. He never had a strong grasp of the issue involved. He at times, made a statement, then would follow a complete different action, or simple issue another statement. In my opinion, I felt that he was lying to me. He continued to request payments, while not engaging in my view, with the city attorney, in a productive light.
