About Us

At Everest Automotive Repair, we do not have shady support people and mechanics trying to convince you to do superfluous things to your car like "Winterizations" a.k.a. Your car's issues are explained in easy to understand terms. By the time you drive away with your vehicle, you will know exactly what we did for repairs and why.
An A/C Check and Charge service is the first step to getting cold air blowing inside your vehicle once again. A/C systems often have very small leaks as they get older, and it can sometimes be difficult to find the source. This service includes a visual inspection of the A/C system, a recovery and re-charge of the refrigerant to determine how much has been lost, and an inspection of the A/C compressor function and command.
Brakes
Report
Squealing, grinding, and vibrations are all signs that you should have your brake system inspected. Installing new rotors is crucial in preventing issues with noise and vibrations. Common maintenance involves replacing your brake pads and rotors - at Everest, we also inspect for signs of brake fluid leaks, seized calipers or slide pins, restricted hoses, or anything else that could cause abnormal wear or brake failure later down the line.
Emissions
Report
Going through Delaware DMV can seem like a pretty big inconvenience when your vehicle inspection is due. Well imagine waiting in that line, only to fail due to your Check Engine Light being illuminated. Is it a cheap fix? Maybe its expensive. What if you go to your local auto shop and they take a look at it and say, Sir that will be $2500 to get that little light off.
Alignments
Report
It is also recommended if new tires have been installed. Even if the vehicle doesn't pull, the alignment can still be incorrect, causing premature and uneven tire wear. When certain suspension components are installed, an Alignment service may be required afterwards as well, due to the changes in suspension geometry.
