First, let me say that buying a home in the current market is not for the faint of heart! That said, The Royston Team was amazing in helping me to navigate the challenges of a seller's market. Janel kept me encouraged while searching and once a home was found, Karl was able to negotiate on my behalf to bring the cost to a price I was comfortable with. I was able to close early and we'll be enjoying the holidays in our new home. Thank you Royston Team! I will continue referring others to you as I can't say enough good things.

Shari and her Royston Team were nothing short of AWESOME. From start to finish she and her team did everything under the sun to make the house, lawn, shop, and landscaping fantastic. We ran into many and I mean many unexpected issues that came up and every time Shari had the knowledge and resources to get the sale of the home back on track. He house team made all the needed repairs that had to be done, they were fun to meet and chat with and did an amazing job with repairs and painting. Great guys. I had heard only nightmare scenarios of buying homes in Kitsap. I went into the process, for my first time, without my partner to approve/disapprove, and working a somewhat odd schedule, terrified. Karl and Julie made the process so much easier than I think it probably should have been. We were able to close on our wonderful new home, within our budget, in less than two months from the day we looked at our first house.
Karl was great at explaining all the ins and outs of the process
