Homeless people get into the inside of these apartments and tear up things. They use the bathroom every where, in the hallways, elevators , parking garage . While management looks the other way. Rent went up this year to $85 more a month. Now they want to raise the rent to $300 more a month . That’s $385 more a month for this year.
Someone tell me please, what’s wrong with this picture

I have lived here for 3 years. I am a local Volunteernteer Google Guide. We all say "thank you" to the owners and management for keeping up the building and recently putting in carpets on every floor. These are nice apartments. There are two grocery stores, three barber shops, well operated hardware store, nail shop, local market, several restaurants all in short walking distance. To our Veterans using transportation, one bus stop ride takes you to the front door of the VA hospital. I am leaving picture of my apartment, I do this to show that they are very clean and nice. Yes in this day and age

My Dad lives at this building. Whenever I come to visit the common area are immaculate. Dad says the staff treat him very well and if he ever has any type of maintenance issue he says it sis resolved right away. I also like it here as I help my Dad out with paying his rent and the rates are very reasonable.

A lot of shady people around. Very limited guest parking and the same cars are ALWAYS in the spaces at different times of the day. I was told by several residents that people park their broken down cars there. Seems like mgmt doesn't do much to discourage that.
The residents try to work together to ensure that people that are loitering are asked to leave, but I understand one of the residents was hit by one of them. Why is the mgmt not ensuring the safety of their residents and leaving it to these senior citizens to handle for themselves?
I don't like my mom living there. Unfortunately this is
