Dogwood offers affordable vet care, but they are definitely more of animal-people, not people-people and I wish there was a balance. The last time I called, a technician answered. I didn't know it was a technician until after I spoke with a manager, but anyway I called to ask when the last time my dog was seen because I couldn't find the email receipt and I wanted to get a quote. She was rude and short and ended up contradicting herself over the phone. I ended up speaking with a manager, who made me feel much better at first--but then switched and made it seem like it was my fault. She

Dr. Ray is amazing! He has helped 3 of my animals and it didn't break the bank. Super friendly too. This is my permanent vet for now on.

Dr. Riddick is awesome. She's my favorite vet yet. They're reasonably priced and don't charge for unnecessary things like some vets do. I love it here and so do my fur babies.

I do really enjoy Dogwood! The doctor is so sweet and nice. They aren't perfect but are definitely willing to fix it if something happens. And it was a minor issue. I thought that didn't exist anymore. Most places seem to blame you when they screw up. Like the guy turning into my lane without looking and screaming and flipping me off for minding my own business in my own lane. That's how it's been feeling at most companies lately.
Anyway, I feel safer bringing my babies here than elsewhere. I feel listened to here. They also are big picture people. This was the fourth place I had taken my cat

The staff here is outstanding. My dog was having health issues but our vet was shut down for repairs. Dogwood got us in quickly and treated us like family even though we had never been there. They took amazing care of her, communicated with me and helped me make informed decisions about surgery. They will definitely be the vet clinic I trust with my dogs from here on!
