The lady that works there and helps us is awesome she's always willing to go above and beyond to give me the information I need and gets what I need insured always and usually at a better rate because she can go with any carrier instead of being locked in with the rules of a name brand it pays to shop around and she does all the shopping for me

If I could give this company zero stars I would. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with in my entire life! 9 times out of 10 you cannot get an answer from these people once you sign a policy with them. They will admit to you about not making you aware of policy changes but will not do anything to fix THEIR faults. I was NEVER told that if I didn't use this "360" device that they ask you to place in your car to basically track your every move... that my policy would go up. When I received the device it says that it is OPTIONAL and that it would not increase my policy if I don't
