This place is absolutely horrible! Do not check yourself in here or let anyone check you in here. It is run just like a jail! Once you get in, you cannot leave for at least 7 days, at least. They are so unprofessional and some are on the verge of being abusive. You do not matter to them (the staff). They need to be shut down and they should be ashamed of themselves. It is just a money maker to them, they charge your insurance for all kinds of services, that you never received and they will max out your insurance as much as they can and only then, they decide you can leave. Please BEWARE!!!!!! I

Hands down the worst behavior health hospital I have ever encountered. My wife has been here for 10 days and still hasn't even gotten her TREATMENT plan. LET ME BE CLEAR, she is there to be treated for an illness and hasn't even been told the method by which she will be treated. Furthermore, it took 3 days for her to even see a therapist.
Like many others have stated, they offer no support to the families of their patients, no communication to the families of their patients leaving us completely in the dark. And worst of all, the staff does not communicate amongst themselves. This causes added

This Behavior health Service is a JOKE! They lie, they don’t assist your family members, give missed information, and NEVER EVER return calls. They only person who help us was JOE J a kind supervisor who understood our concerns. This place have called us with the wrong person on the phone who wasn’t our adult kid and now when we requested for my son to be released it was stated that would have to come from a DOCTOR and that the DOCTOR will file a court order for him to stay! (Which the 3 days there my son hasn’t seen the doctor) I have reach out to a attorney and now reaching out to outside

My daughter was recently a voluntary patient I would give no stars. Do not go here thinking you will get help you will rack up a bill, see a doctor once in five days get prescribed meds be discharged and feel like you didn’t get any help and nothing was done. Leave in the same mental status you went in with. As a doctor if you do not like your job let someone take your place that is going to listen and pay attention mental illness is so important if you’re just going to brush someone off you do not belong there. The nurses were sweet but because your called doctors does not give you the right

They wanted to give our child medication that isn't approved for children her age, and when we declined to approve we were treated as if we didn't care about her well being. After being there 7 days she was released without a specific aftercare plan, or having her treatment provider/doctor speak with us directly.
Now that it's all said and done we can't get the billing department to return our calls or send us an itemized bill for our insurance company, who is requiring it for payment.
Overall a disappointing experience.

This place did help me and my depression. however the main people who did make me feel more comfortable with the area were mainly the techs. they were fantastic and very calming with everything that was going on . the best ones that were there were MK , bridgette , and AD, almost gave this place a 5 star review due to them. they all made my experience at the facility so much better , leaving me with a feeling that i could always return and be comfortable . the only things that could use some help was hygiene since the toothpaste , conditioner , and deodorant was almost useless .

ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. I helped my dear friend into this place for an assessment for mental health and they treated the patient like a dog. No outside contact. No aid for any anxiety attacks. No help when clearly the patient was in distraught. Chips and water was offered to my friend when an attack occurred. And no time frame was given especially to me who was awaiting further information. I sent a message to her that was of importance that never reached and I was told she would be able to call me at any time. But there are no phones in the waiting area. BEWARE! If your loved one

My time at this hospital was scary at first and truthfully I didn't want to be there. But, after joining groups, getting treatment and spending time with some therapists here, I could see I was finally getting the help and care I needed. Some big things I can say is this place is a psychiatric hospital, please understand you will see a lot of people who need serious help. I was one of them.
If you are trying to get your life on track, dealing with some heavy mental health issues, I strongly recommend this place. There are a lot of negative reviews about this place, but I stand by my treatment

I think people are expecting some amazing experience with a state mental hospital and that's just silly. My child has been to this place and Clarity and I'll tell you, the regimented routines here are great. The help my child got here was leaps and bounds beyond Clarity. I didn't see issues with cleanliness, I even stayed for dinner and thought the food was much better than I expected. Having some trouble reaching people I need to speak to for a follow-up but we're not the only patients here so I get it and will call again shortly. I am thankful for this place as is my child who also felt it was
