Served with toasted walnuts, applewood smoked bacon, butter rum syrup and homestyle potatoes. Woodfire grilled chicken with Ike's southwest veggie blend over saffron rice served with southwest sauce and poblano corn pico. Served with crisp lettuce and fresh avocado. Juicy strips of choice steak topped with a poblano & bell pepper blend and caramelized onions covered in melted pepperjack cheese on a hogie bun.
