Dr. Jacob M. Conway grew up in Cottage Grove, MN, later moving east to attend undergraduate school at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls. There he received a Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry, with a minor in Pharmacology. Developing a passion for the medical world, Dr. Conway went on to pursue a Doctorate in Chiropractic at Northwestern Health Sciences University in Bloomington, MN.

Jennifer grew up outside of Philadelphia, moved to southern California in high school before settling in to the Midwest after college. She moved to the Northfield area when she and her husband were married, and has spent most of the last 20 years in an office management environment.
The mother of 2 teenage boys, she has also been very involved in the fundraising efforts of the Northfield Hockey Association and St. Dominic School over the past 7 years.When she isn't at work or the hockey arena, you can usually find her camping or reading.
