With over 700 student athletes striving to reach their peak performance, we are proud to be part of the team. At our initial examination, our patients undergo a thorough review of over 250 muscles in the body as well as perform a complete bio-mechanical assessment. Traditional chiropractic is a powerful healing tool, but focuses mainly on the skeletal system.

At Muscle Works, we go beyond to offer a variety of skills that focus also on the muscular and fascial systems for a complete solution. We pride ourselves on continuing our professional development to ensure we offer our clients the most advanced and effective treatments modern healthcare has to offer.

About Us
Report
We began our journey as a practice in November of 2017 in Farmington, Utah with the hope to add a new level of effectiveness in recovery of injuries and improving everyday performance. Traditional chiropractic work, as with any other technique, has its limitations. We believe we've found a better way to help the body heal and improve performance through the incorporation of muscular re-engagement.
Techniques
Report
Muscle Activation Technique (MAT) is one of the most unique and powerful techniques utilized by the practitioners in our offices. The ultimate goal of the technique is to identify muscles that have disengaged due to trauma and then re-activating them to improve muscle tone, bio-mechanical patterns and ultimately function.
Muscle Activation
Report
Muscle Activation is the primary technique used in our clinics, and is designed to identify muscles that have "shut down" and then re-engage. In a 15 minute period the doctor pushes on a series of anatomically significant points on the body to reset the neurological connection between the brain and the dysfunctional muscle.
Activator Technique
Report
Chiropractic comes in many shapes and forms. Activator is one of the safest, most well researched forms of adjusting to date. The technique utilizes a specialized tool to send impulses into dysfunctional joints to set them into the correct position again. The Activator Technique is the most well researched technique in the entire field of chiropractic and has been found to be safe on every population.
Dry Needling
Report
Dry needling is an offshoot of chinese acupuncture which uses the placement of needles to treat trigger points, myalgia (muscle pain) and other neuromusculoskeletal problems. As early as the 1940's dry needling has been the topic of research because of its powerful analgesic effects, and ability to improve function.
