Chris Thomas is a great Realator. He has helped me and my wife sell and, most recently, buy a new home. He is on the ball and knows his stuff. He takes a lot of time to answer questions and to be of maximum service to his clients from we have experienced. He was there for us every step of the way ready to explain whatever it was we didn’t understand which is really good for people who are on the go and also trying to buy a house. Chris Thomas worked diligently for us to find the right home to spend our retirement years. With us being in another state, he kept in contact and arranged home viewings when we were able to come to town (I mean we looked at a lot of houses in a day per our request). Through this process took over several months (due to our limited time to come to Baton Rouge), Chris became someone we trusted and listened to feedback on houses (he knew locations and features very well that helped save time during our elimination process). Finding the right home become easier and offer process was smooth.
