There are not enough great things I can say about Kelly and his team at Merit Lending. Having been referred to his office by a friend I already had pretty high expectations but Merit Lending truly knocked it out of the park. This was our first time going through the home buying process and the support and guidance received from Kelly was incredible. Not only was Kelly always available to answer our questions or to meet up with us at the times that suited our needs, he also referred us to a great realtor that we immediately clicked with. I know everyone dreads going through the home buying process

I can't say enough about the excellent experience we had in working with Kelly Graham to finalize our home loan. Even when complications arose as a result of an overzealous underwriter, Kelly worked quickly and efficiently with the lender, title company, and real estate agents to keep everyone comfortable while he worked to resolve the issues. I sincerely believe we could not have closed on our home without Kelly's help. I would recommend him to anyone seeking a knowledgeable, hardworking, and friendly mortgage broker.
