Had DoorDash delivery and chicken in the chicken tikka masala was dry and the whole thing was flavorless, chicken pakora for the kids was basically cheap, flat, over fried chicken tenders cut into pieces, and the naans we ordered were the greasiest ever. Had been really excited to try Meena's as it looked like a local loved spot, but the food was truly awful.

Ordered dinner for takeout.
The papadum wasn’t edible, clearly over cooked and extremely chewy. By the time we opened the naan, it was soggy from the condensation that had built up in the foil wrap (probably better in the restaurant but I haven’t had this problem occur with other Indian restaurants I get takeout from). The entrees were ok - ordered a dal, and the baigan bhartha. The dal was good but the baigan bhartha was overly salty. Still edible but just OK

I ordered through their website at 11:09am. Waited an hour and no food so called at 12:05pm. A woman answered saying they didn't open til noon and wouldn't be ready to cook our food for an additional 30 minutes. She said she was very busy and if I had a problem then to call the third party company and get a refund. She was pretty rude. I asked why she hadn't contacted the third-party company they use for online orders and correct their hours of operations so this doesn't happen. She told me I could call them myself. I told her this was bad business and she basically laughed. I have a 3 month old

We have been ordering takeout here for at least twice a month for about a year. Tonight, ordered a vegetable masala and curry, which were both CLEARLY watered down, diluted, and not the usual consistency for the same price. I tried calling several times in hopes of someone answering to rectify the situation, but no one answered. I WILL be getting my money back from my bank. On top of it all, my call to order was met with a rude enployee. ABSOLUTELY will NOT be back. What a shame.

Definitely not restaurant quality food. You can tell the chef here is not a chef but just a cook and has absolutely no culinary experience at all. You tell me is it fare for them to charge these prices with such an inexperienced cook? I tried several dishes and they were completely off. For example, their version of a chicken biryani is just chicken curry mixed in with rice. Horrible !!!

I ordered 3 dinner meals, Naan, and Samoa's via door dash. Door dash delivered our meal in perfect fashion.
They even left a photo of it on the porch. Unfortunately it's missing one of our main dishes. I contacted door dash via text with no luck. So then I called Meenas, whoever answered was not sure what to do and placed me on hold for each question. Unfortunately she was not polite enough to ask me to hold and abruptly place me there.
The next female to pick up the phone was quite rude to say the least, she demanded that I contact Door Dash, which I had. She never offered delivery

It always pains me to write a not-so-good review but Meena's is simply not good food. We were craving Indian and this place was closest to our house, so we decided to give it a try. Mind you we had just moved from our last neighborhood which was right next to Taj Mahal in Louisville (outstanding Indian food), so we were a bit spoiled there.
We ordered take out and while none of our order was messed up, there was absolutely nothing we really liked. Let me just say that both myself and my boyfriend are some of the least picky eaters on the planet. We'll eat anything and somewhat enjoy

We ordered Tikki Masala and Goat Curry for pickup. When I arrived the hostess or whatever she is was rude because I thought the order was under my wife's name and not my name. Got home and the Goat curry was riddled with sharp bone fragment and the meat was rubber. This was our first and last time ordering from here. Literally go anywhere else.

Haven’t been able to actually go here physically yet, but order take out at least once a month. Amazingly well spiced, everything I’ve had has been delicious and flavorful. At most restaurants I have my favorites and stick to them, but I’m constantly ordering and trying new things. If you’re looking for a wonderful night in, definitely order Meena’s!

Great food and flavors. I ordered the Curry Chicken, they ask the preferred heat level while ordering, it was perfect to my preference and had a ton of flavors. The Chicken Tikka Marsala was great, again they asked the heat preference and it was perfect. The naan was fresh and warm and the rice was cooked to perfection. I ordered directly on the website, which I recommend if you plan to pick-up.

I ordered from Grubhub. I don't know what the fuss was about with other reviews that said small portions. I had a lot of food. Ordered veggie Korma, aloo Gobi, cheese Naan garlic Naan, Samosas, Chai tea. So much food. Decent Indian food, slivered almonds in the veggie korma was different than what I'm used to which is normally with cashews. Was good flavor. Chai was unsweetened which is odd. Overall I'd order again.

Everything I have ordered from here has been delicious! I just wish it was an actual sit down restaurant. We live six miles away and I feel really bad for our grub hub driver to have to go so far.
I've never had to deal with the restaurant directly so the five stars is based on samosas, chicken vindaloo, and their chicken jalfrazie.

When I arrived at Meena's hoping to sit down I was confused because there was no clear entrance. I tried one of the two doors on the face of the building and it opened up to a dark banquet hall, no one in sight. Confused, I found the number of the restaurant and called to see what the deal was; turns out this is a delivery only place--through DoorDash. Sucks because I live SO close and would like to avoid spending the extra $10 to use the delivery service.
I love Indian food so I was stoked to have a new place in the neighborhood. I decided to go ahead and get $10 worth of food for $20
