I've been going to Prairie dental care since moving to Vancouver 8 years ago. Our family has seen all the dentists: Dr Smith, Dr Rubano and Dr Tran. All of them have been working and honest regarding the dental work being done or needing to be done. They have extended office hours beyond 9-5 and even weekends. The hygienists have been wonderful and I recently had Nicole. Tell Kathleen that her patients miss her and happy retirement. ❤️❤️

Absolutely WOWED by the excellent service of Dr. Tran!!! I had a crown pop off and I recently moved so I was searching for a dentist near me and was happily surprised to see they did same day crowns. I got my appointment quickly and the office staff was fantastic with me and then I was over the top wowed by Dr. Tran! He was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Kind, Caring, Knowledgeable, Quick and an Artist at his work! I had my appointment at 2:15 and then took a little while for me to register and do all the insurance and paper work and I was out of there before 5pm with a totally new crown that looks

Thank you so much to the staff of Brush Prairie Dental. I have been a patient for a while and I had a dental emergency and they got me right in. I also have so much anxiety around dental work and they were so patient and kind. Especially Christina in the front office. She calmed my nerves and I truly felt like she cared about me. I would recommend this dental group to anyone looking for dental services. I live in Camas and don't mind driving the extra miles for their Excellent Service.

Had a new patient exam with Dr. Tran. He was very informative, gentle and had good bed side manor. Needed a crown on a root canal treated tooth. Dr. Tran was able to save tooth structure while maintaining the strength of the tooth with an onlay. Since the tooth was root canal treated, he suggested on trying the procedure without numbing. I didnt feel a thing! He worked so fast and was able to use a scanner to scan my tooth and send it to a machine to make my onlay the same day!! I was out within two short hours with a smooth feeling and beautiful tooth! A+ work to Dr. Tran and his staff. Looking

The office was clean receptionist were OK. The dental hygienist was very knowledgeable and friendly she educated me on a lot of things the dentist was also friendly professional. I did have to wait a long time to be seen in between the cleaning and the dentist looking at my teeth but the chair was comfortable and the temperature in the room was comfortable so I didn't mind overall was a good experience.

I've been going here for several years now, and I am always so impressed with the high level of care. All of the assistants, hygienists, and dentists are very friendly and gentle; they check in with you during treatment and make sure that you are as comfortable as possible. I highly recommend this office! :)

Incompetent receptionist! Gave my new address and phone number. They always ask for when you come in at every medical appointment ever! Plus they called me to make the appointment check up. Next thing, a sleezy process server is at my door pretending that I had a package delivery. They sent the bill to an adress 2 Houses ago. I have purchased two homes since then. They had my phone and email. A three hundred dollar bill, my insurance didn't cover they wanted a grand. Never going back! Incompetent!!!!

Took son here for a couple cavities. They billed my insurance for over $900. Insurance refused and paid over $500 as reasonable. They then sued me for the remainder. They did not tell me the cost I would be charged before services or I would have gone elsewhere. Don't go here unless you want to pay an arm and a leg!

I recently had extensive dental work done by Dr Smith and Krista as his assistant. I was apprehensive my first appt but very quickly they made me feel so welcome, and they took such good care of me. After 3 or so visits I am done, and I feel like I will miss Dr Smith and Krista. They were very professional, and so down to earth, I just loved them both and they did exceptional, pain free work. I can almost say, I look forward to my next appt in 6 months, to see what seem like ole friends. I highly, highly recommend them.

Great care! I was happy to hear they had Saturday appointments so I didn't have to miss work. Took all 3 of my kids for their cleaning and exam. We were called back within 10 minutes of arrival. Had tea, coffee, or even hot cider while you waited. They were great with my kids. Explained what they were doing and why they were doing it. Taught my kids how to brush and floss properly. Gave me options on my kids care. Everyone was so friendly and helpful! I was really impressed. Definitely found our family dental office.

Several years ago, I had a terrible experience with a dentist who was unable to get me numb enough and repeatedly hit a nerve while trying to fix a molar. I literally waited five years to go to the dentist again. I sincerely feel I developed a phobia at this point. Fast forward, my neglected tooth could no longer forgo dental work and I landed at Prairie dental on a recommendation from a good friend. I recently saw Dr. Jill Rubano for dental work and was SO INSANELY impressed by her skill and that of her assistants that I wish to pass on the details of my experience. Rubano and her team replaced TWO bridges comprised of 6 teeth in the very front of my mouth. This kind of a thing is a big deal as they are what EVERYONE sees when I smile....... And Dr. Rubano NAILED IT. I am incredibly appreciative of her skill, professionalism, comedic persona! Her whole office worked hard to accommodate my needs. Dr. Rubano is a Great dentist in an excellent practice.
