Preventive Care
Our preventive care programs focus on early disease detection and long-term health maintenance. We develop customized vaccination schedules, parasite control strategies, and nutrition plans to match each pet's age and lifestyle needs. Regular checkups help identify potential issues before they become serious medical concerns.
Diagnostic Testing
We utilize advanced diagnostic tools including digital radiography, ultrasound, and in-house lab analysis for rapid health assessments. These technologies enable precise diagnosis of internal conditions, injuries, and chronic diseases, supporting timely treatment decisions for better patient outcomes.
Dental Services
Our comprehensive dental care includes professional cleanings, extractions, and periodontal treatments to prevent painful dental disease. We emphasize at-home care education and offer specialized diets to maintain optimal oral health, preventing systemic complications associated with advanced periodontal disease.
Surgical Procedures
From routine spays/neuters to complex soft-tissue surgeries, our surgical team follows strict safety protocols. We perform pre-anesthetic bloodwork, use advanced monitoring equipment, and offer post-operative pain management to ensure patient comfort throughout the surgical process.

Tailored care plans for aging pets include specialized nutrition, mobility support, and chronic condition management. We monitor for early signs of arthritis, organ dysfunction, and other age-related concerns through regular wellness exams and senior-specific diagnostic panels.

Our kitten is a patient at West Side Pet Clinic. But when it came time for her to be fixed, our vet office does not do surgeries, and we were referred out to Ellicott Street Animal Hospital. We have always adopted older animals, so this was our first experience with a pet having this surgery. The only part of this process with Ellicott Street that was challenging was initially making contact. Sadly this seems to be common across all medical offices now, getting someone to pick up the phone or respond to an email is difficult. But once we got through and made our appointment, things went smoothly

They nickel and dime you and perform procedures that are not authorized; be sure to check your bill. I picked up my dog at 4:45 PM after dropping her off at 8:30 for an antibiotic for a UTI. $215 later, She came in the house, drank a bowl of water and threw up everywhere, then drank another bowl of water. This is a dog that barely drinks anything so obviously she was locked up all day without basic amenities. These vets are not there to help your pets but to line their pockets. I highly suggest choosing a different vet as it was not our first bad experience there and should have known better than

Greatest animal care ever. Always show compassion and treat my babies with love. Even when I had to put one of my babies down due to cancer. They are the best. They take care of all 4 of my cats. Love them.
