Tom's team has been great to work with. We were on a crazy tight time schedule but Dawn and Natalie made it happen! It was literally only days from when we signed with them that the pictures were taken and the house was on the market. Multiple offers in the first couple of days got us $55K over asking with an "As Is" offer and free rent back. We really appreciated that they were always available to answer our questions and worked around our busy schedule. Highly recommend!
