Although our team and residents participate in United Way and ArtsWave, our community is passionate about Light the Night which benefits the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society. We host multiple events during the year to raise money for that organization including raffles and a Bistro dinner, a Reds Raffle basket during Opening Day, and a BIG summer party poolside.

I've lived here since 2013, i don't understand these negative reviews. We've absolutely loved it here, yes it's a premium housing community. The maintenance has been top notch every time, usually within 24 hours. The location and facilities are unparalleled. Everything is turning into high rise apt buildings, this is one of the last large housing communities. It's a great place to live.

Great place. All staff courteous & friendly. Maintenance staff does excellent work in a timely way addressing concerns. Social staff plans & excellently manages a variety of fun activities. We have lived at Indian Creek on two occasions since 2005; the 1st time for a year and a half in '05 - '06 prior to moving to South Carolina and then after selling our home in South Carolina we moved back to Cincinnati (and Indian Creek) in Oct. '19. The amenities are 2nd to none and the location is extremely convenient. Indian Creek management is responsive to requests and the maintenance staff are top notch. This is truly a great place to live.

Moving to a new community during a pandemic was definitely a unique experience, but the friendly and informative staff here did a wonderful job to make us feel right at home as soon as we moved in.
The maintenance staff has been quick and efficient and have gone above & beyond to take care of all of our requests & concerns. We can’t say enough about how much we love our townhouse and all of the excellent amenities.
The pool staff and lifeguards are top notch. The lifeguards interact so well with the kids and it’s so nice to be able to enjoy cocktails and snacks at the pool in a safe & fun

My elderly dad moved back to Indian Creek after being widowed 5+ years ago. He's happy and safe at Indian Creek. Maintenance requests are taken care of promptly. The management at Indian Creek has been so kind and patient with him whenever he needs assistance or asks the same question for two days in a row. Indian Creek lets its residents have a small plot in their fenced in garden which is free of deer. He has planted a vegetable garden there every summer, which he is so proud of. We have been at Indian Creek apartments and townhouses for 3 years. They provide exceptional service and value. The area is safe and secure and very quiet. The neighbors are friendly but not intrusive. When we call the office for service, maintenance people respond very quickly, and they solve the vast majority of our problems the first time that they visit our apt. We recommend this as a fun and friendly place to live, safe and secure.

Similar to other residents on this posting, my wife and I moved here 7 years ago for a "temporary stay" and still live here today due to the people, the management team, the very responsive maintenance crew, and beautiful environment in general. I have recommended a few of my friends to live here at IC, so I think that is the best endorsement I can think of.

Lived at Indian Creek way back in the day...was in the Cincinnati area and decided to drive through. The community is so beautiful as the trees and landscaping have grown in. It's like it's own little nature center, so stunning. Towne Properties really has such a wonderful community with Indian Creek. Thought I would drop my comments on a google review. Would 100% recommend living here if you're looking for a more mature wooded community and not a cookie cutter newly constructed community!
