Handyman Services
The owner, Hugh Walpole will personally come out and look at the list of projects you have and can usually give you a rough time frame on how long those projects should take, potential problems that we can run into, and what materials are needed. We will also advise you if there is a situation or type of work that would be better suited for a specialty contractor (HVAC and roofing contractors).

Earthquake Retrofit
The horizontal (or lateral) motion in earthquakes create the forces that can be damaging to our wood framed homes. Homes tend to fail in one of three ways - all between the foundation and the first floor joists. First, the sill plate can slide off of the foundation. Second, the cripple wall (or pony wall) can collapse (or rack).
