I am currently living in the Residences at Rodney Square. I withheld rent in the month of November because I saw a rodent run across the floor and under my dishwasher. I contacted the property and was told they were aware of an increased rodent issue in the area due to winter and the increased construction in the area - this made sense because they are doing construction on the first floor to install a new restaurant. This explanation was from the property manager here, Dustin Holler. While relieving, because my roommate and I do not keep a dirty home, I was curious why we werent somehow informed

The woman they have working the front desk is one of the rudest people I've ever met. She argues with residents & non-residents. I shouldn't have to scream at you to call a resident to meet me in the lobby when you have a sign up stating that that's what you'll do.

Dustin is a great property manager. My move in process was seamless. Concierge staff is amazing. You can call the office with any concerns, and they return your calls/emails. I didnt have any issues with my neighbors or major maintenance problems. My apartment was beautiful , I think the location is nice. I would definitely move back. I enjoyed my time.
