Marv Schellenberg is the founder and president of Schellenberg Development Company and RE/MAX Premier. Schellenberg Development Company (SDC) which is comprised of commercial, residential and senior housing communities throughout the Wichita area. After receiving his real estate license in 1978, Marv started Premier Realty in 1988 and founded Schellenberg Development Company in 1989.
