While I was working with Matt to sell my grandma's luxury home in Denver, I can't help but be amazed at his transparent experience and knowledge in Denver real estate. He definitely has the talent to make the topic of real estate sound so interesting! What's better is that he also pays great attention to the process of selling and purchasing a home that virtually no mistakes can ever happen. Hands down the best realtor in Denver! We have dealt with two realtors in the Denver area prior to working with Matt and had terrible experiences. We have also talked to several people who had to deal with the stereotypical, no effort, just want a quick commission realtors. Matt is the polar opposite. I would highly recommend Matt at Simply Denver if you're buying or selling a home. He has the experience, the skill, and the personality you need when you're looking for the best realtor with so many out there these days.
